Call Nielsen Fitness for a complementary consultation. In our conversation , we can talk about your goals and your level of physical activity in the past, present and potential future. You can tell me about your current health status, eating habits and lifestyle, and the changes you’d like to see.
From there, you will be offered a complementary training session and I’ll either team you up with myself or another Nielsen Fitness trainer - whomever is best suited to help you get the ball rolling. In this free training session, we’ll assess your fitness level, and from there set some short and long term fitness performance, aesthetic and nutritional goals.
