Dear Nielsen Fitness,
Firstly I would like to say I have never felt better. I have lost 25 pounds (yippee!) since Sept 22 according to my scale at home. My energy level is through the roof. I walk with my head held high and I am conscious of my posture all the time. And I would never have felt this way if I did not start working out with Lars. He is simply amazing!
He is one of the happiest and most genuine persons I have ever met. It is such a joy to work out with him because he is so personable. Lars never ceases to introduce a new stretch or exercise at every session to keep things interesting for me. And what ever workout/health question I do throw at him; he always has an intelligent and concise response for me. I feel stronger than I ever have. And what is incredible to me is that it will only get better as I become healthier and fit.
I love the fact that Lars comes to my house at a mutually agreed time. I love the fact that I do not have to rush to a gym, nor wait in line for my turn at an exercise machine nor pay a gym membership on top of training sessions. I love the fact that I do not need a home gym. I love the fact that I only need a few relatively inexpensive exercise pieces and a good pair of athletic shoes and you are good to go.
But most importantly to me Poul is I love the fact that Lars not only customizes a workout plan with my athletic ability in mind to match my goals down the road but he is so passionate about fitness. It is so contagious! I know I will lose all the extra weight I have carried now for two decades. I will lose it for good. Nielsen Fitness is a God sent to me. It has been the answer to my prayers.
