As the COVID-19 situation escalates, I wanted to share our plan for protecting our clients and our team through this unprecedented situation.
First of all, it bears mentioning that in-home training is among the safest exercise options from a social distancing perspective, as it does not involve exposure to crowds or public spaces.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For now, it’s business as usual here – with the following measures in place to
mitigate risk for our clients and trainers:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➡️ All our team members are thoroughly sanitizing their hands and all
equipment before entering clients’ homes (and after). We have asked
clients to do the same.
➡️ We’ve implemented a ‘no questions asked’ cancellation policy for the duration of this situation – and asked both our trainers and clients to call off their
workouts if they (or anyone in their household) are in self-isolation or feeling at all unwell.
➡️ We will have a virtual training option up and running and available to clients who need (or prefer) this option by the end of the weekend.
We will continue to provide updates here (and via email to clients) as
this situation evolves. With the precautionary measures above in mind,
at this time we are still accepting inquiries and carrying out free first workouts.
We’ll get through this together, #Toronto. Stay safe and take care of each other 💛⠀⠀
