The packages above include six sessions at our intro session rates. After you’ve completed your kickstarter (or if you decide to skip it), virtual personal training rates start at $50 per session and vary depending on the level of service you choose, how many sessions you purchase at once and how often you train. You will receive a full price sheet with all the details and options!


First of all, it is our hope that this is the first three weeks of many! But we know that hiring a personal trainer is a big decision. Our goal through this package is to give you a low-commitment way to give us a try and lay the foundation for long-term success. 

That said, the Kickstarter Package is not a requirement! If it doesn’t appeal to you or you want to talk through the options, the best way to begin is with a free first workout!


Yes! You can absolutely increase the number of sessions you do each week, for $70 more per Platinum and $50 per Express session. 

The Kickstarter includes to sessions per week to help you entrench your habit and achieve measurable results in your three weeks – which helps a lot with motivation and habit formation.

If you don’t want to do two sessions per week, your best bet is to skip the Kickstarter and schedule a complimentary consultation to talk through your options.

You bet. The initial consultation and measurement session is a key part of our process. If you purchase your package now, we’ll tack yours onto your first Kickstarter training session, so that session will be longer than the rest and will include measurement and goal setting followed by your first official workout.

While we hope you choose to continue with us after your Kickstarter Package, there is no obligation to do so.

We will schedule your sessions at the beginning, ideally at the same times each week, as determined based on your schedule and preference (we train clients from 5:30 am to 10pm, 7 days a week).

That said, if you have an irregular schedule we can accommodate varying times each week – no worries. 

For the time being, yes. We also offer in-home personal training in Toronto – but that service is on hold right now. When our lockdown lifts and it is safe to see clients in person again, the Kickstarter package will be available for in-home clients (rates will differ).

The Kickstarter package is one-time-only package available to new clients.

That said, if you like the format we can absolutely set you up with a similar ongoing routine!

Nope! All you need is a 6’ x 6’ space and a laptop, tablet (or phone, in a pinch).

A good workout is based on effective design, not expensive exercise equipment. Whether you have a full gym or nothing but an exercise mat, we’ll teach you how to use what you’ve got to achieve results. 

Yes! If you’re not 100% fully satisfied with your experience after three weeks we will return every dime of your investment – no questions asked. 

That’s the goal! We will match you up with one of our (excellent!) trainers based on your goals and needs and they will be your primary trainer. Sometimes you will also have a secondary trainer – for example, if you’re training multiple times per week. 

First of all, it’s important to note that we have incredibly high standards for our trainers – nobody makes the cut unless they are excellent, kind and know their stuff inside-out and backwards.

That said, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your trainer – or don’t feel they’re a fit for you – all you have to do is reach out to the team leader you will connect with when you first begin and we’ll make it right. No questions asked.

That’s really up to you! The Kickstarter Habit Package includes two, three or four sessions per week to get you started, depending on how hardcore you are (ha).

From there, we generally recommend a minimum of once per week and there really is no recommended maximum – if you want to see us every day we’re here for you!

We can certainly make a recommendation at your initial consultation based on your needs, goals, budget and how likely you are to work out on your own in between sessions. 

People are often skeptical about virtual training – and we get that. But it’s an incredibly convenient and effective exercise option – even if you are short on space and/or equipment. Every workout is completely customized for you and different from the last to keep things challenging and fun. 

Our clients also love the human connection and interaction of connecting live – so much better than a pre-recorded video. 

No – this is one of the best things about training. No two workouts will ever be the same. You can expect every single one to be dynamic, fun and a challenge – in the best possible way. 

Right now – in Toronto we also provide outdoor personal training. Prior to COVID-19 our focus was in-home personal training (in Toronto, Canada). When this is all over, we plan to pick up where we left off with in-home training AND continue to provide virtual training for those who prefer it (and those outside our in-home training service area).

We are in the Eastern Timezone (New York & Toronto) – and train clients seven days a week, from 5am to 11pm ET, which covers virtually any timezone globally. 


For Canadian clients, yes. For anyone outside of Canada, the same rates apply and will be billed in US dollars. 

For larger packages we do. We’ll walk you through all the options at your free consultation and first workout or – if you skip straight to the intro pack, once your sessions are almost complete.

Express sessions are 40 minutes and Platinum sessions are one hour! 

We offer two levels of service:

  1. Express offers shorter workouts at an affordable cost (but still with all the same benefits!)
  2. Platinum offers longer workouts plus some extra perks
