If you want to take charge of your health and fitness once and for all – in a way that maximizes your time, results and investment – you’ve come to the right place.

Though we train clients of all ages and fitness levels, we specialize in working with adults 50+ and those with special or unique needs (chronic pain or illness, injury rehab, etc.).

Our workouts are fully customized, highly effective and – most importantly – safe. They’re also fun (most of the time!) and super rewarding.

While it’s common to begin seeing – and feeling – results shortly after you start working with us, we aren’t a great choice if you’re seeking a quick fix or superficial results. We see ourselves as your partner in health – and are here to guide you through the (awesome) process of create a strong, balanced and functional body for the long-term.

We will walk you through all your options when we meet for your complimentary consultation and first workout. What To Expect:
Our Unique Process

One of the things that sets us apart from other personal training services is our unique process, which we’ve honed over the course of more than 15 years in business. Here’s an overview of how it works and what you can expect:

Complimentary assessment and mini workout

One of our managers (Poul, Andre or Audrey) will meet with you in person, at your location. We’ll ask you some questions, do a physical assessment, and discuss both your goals and your options as it relates to service level and pricing/packages. If you’re a ‘yes’ right away, we’ll get you to fill out some onboarding forms at that time – and then set you up with one of our fantastic trainers. (There is absolutely no pressure to decide anything at this meeting, however!)

Workouts
Begin!

You'll start working with your trainer, but that's not the last you'll hear from our team of managers. Behind the scenes we collaborate closely with our trainers to ensure you’re on-track, making progress and avoiding plateaus. We’ll keep in touch with you to make sure you're happy and comfortable. And we are always reachable for questions, comments, or concerns.

Ongoing measurement and check-ins

Most clients will be re-assessed on a quarterly basis (Platinum Plus clients will have the option of more frequent re-assessments and Express clients are assessed annually). When the time comes, a manager will attend one of your sessions with your trainer (after arranging it with you first), to measure your progress, and - no doubt - celebrate the results. At this meeting, you'll revisit your goals and perhaps set new ones, and the cycle begins again.

Additional Services
Exercise Therapy

Exercise therapy is a method of physical rehabilitation that heals through movement. It is excellent for those with conditions such as tendinitis, muscle strains, ligament tears, back pain, joint inflammation, sciatica, and scoliosis.
This service, which is covered by many benefit plans, is carried out by our in-house Athletic Therapist, Oscar Caballero and can be booked on its own in conjunction with a workout - all in the comfort and convenience of your home.

Plus Stretch

Who couldn’t use a good stretch? We offer stretching in 20 to 60 minute blocks, which can be booked on their own or added to any workout.
When done properly and for long enough, stretching has a ton of benefits, including increased muscle length, strength and mobility, and lubrication of the joints. Many of our clients have reported experiencing less pain and tension due to tightness, along with a faster recovery. Plus, it just feels really good.

Online Nutritional Coaching

No matter how effective your workouts are, a poor diet will negatively affect your progress and results, which is why we offer a (completely virtual) online nutrition package to support your exercise efforts.
Our resident nutritionist Evian Rodriguez will analyze your diet, create a customized nutrition plan to support your fitness goals and overall wellness and provide 28 days of support and coaching as you work to integrate your new plan into your life. This package is included for Platinum Plus clients.

Semi-Private Personal Training

There is strength in numbers - a partner can be a great motivator, and almost always makes for an extra-fun workout.
For 150% of the price of an individual session, you can have up to two additional friends or family members work out with you, which is a great way to maximize your investment.

Service Area

We are proud to provide in-home personal training in the city of Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, North York, and Scarborough. We also serve some surrounding areas – presently Markham, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill – and are working to expand into additional parts of Peel and Dufferin counties as well.

Life is busy – but fitness is SO important. In-home personal training saves you the hassle and (potentially wasted) expense of a gym.  We bring everything we need to put you through an efficient, highly-effective and – most importantly – safe workout in the comfort and convenience of your home.

We will keep you motivated, on-track and accountable – all you have to do is open your door and let us in. 

This is the beauty of in-home training… the answer is anywhere. We will come to the place that makes the most sense to you, whether that’s your home, office, condo gym, or even a local park (weather permitting). It doesn’t matter if you have a full gym or nothing but and exercise mat. All we need in order to give you a top notch workout is your commitment and a 6’x6′ area.

We also train a small handful of clients out of our private training studio in Leaside. Please contact us if you’re interested in this option.

We train clients seven days a week, from the crack of dawn into the evening hours.

Nope! All you need is a 6’ x 6’ space – we’ll bring everything else we need to put you through a great workout, each and every time. That said, if you do have equipment, we’ll absolutely make use of it!

Generally speaking each client has a primary trainer. Some – especially those who train often – also have a secondary trainer. You may also work with another member of our team if your trainer is ill or away, but you will always be notified (and given the option to simply skip the session if you prefer).

Absolutely – and it would be our pleasure. We will start slowly and gently with the goal of establishing a strong and safe foundation upon which to build strength and endurance. We will make sure that everything you attempt is safe and appropriate for the level you’re at, every step of the way.
