We have been working with clients since 2006, with a strong focus on actively aging adults and individuals who require a more individualized approach.

Our philosophy is simple. Move well first, then build strength.
Rather than pushing intensity, we focus on positioning, control, and progression. This allows you to build strength safely while improving mobility, balance, and overall movement quality.

This approach supports strength, mobility, and balance while also improving muscle quality and bone density. It is built around functional training, helping you move more comfortably and confidently through everyday activities so you can maintain independence and reduce the risk of falls, injury, and other common setbacks.

Initial Consultation and Assessment
We begin by understanding your current level, your history, and your goals.

First Workout
Your first session is guided and intentional to establish a baseline.

Ongoing Programming, Measurement and Progression
Your program evolves based on progress with consistent adjustments.

If you are unsure where to start, we can guide you through a first session and build a clear plan from there.

Our virtual training is a live, one-on-one experience. You work with a Nielsen Fitness trainer in real time wherever you have an internet connection.

INVESTMENT

We offer two levels of service: Express (40-minute sessions) and Platinum (60-minute sessions + extra perks). Rates begin at $75/session (Express) and go up from there depending on the level of service you choose, how many sessions you purchase at once and how often you train. We don’t post it here simply to avoid confusion – but you will receive a full price sheet after your free first workout. No secrets or surprises!

ONGOING MEASUREMENTS AND
CHECK-INS

We will re-assess you at designated intervals (to be determined together when you sign up to work with us). When the time comes, a manager will attend one of your sessions with your trainer (after arranging it with you first), to measure your progress, and – no doubt – celebrate the results. 

At this meeting, you’ll revisit your goals and perhaps set new ones, and the cycle begins again.

There is strength in numbers – a partner can be a great motivator, and almost always makes for an extra-fun workout. For $40 more per workout, you can have up to two additional friends or family members work out with you, which is a great way to maximize your investment.

Does your body ache? Does taking the stairs challenge you? If so then this is the place to begin. This safe and unique training method is designed to rehabilitate and heal your body through movement. Typical results include movement with less pain, more stability, balance and more energy.

All fitness results are built upon the foundation of a solid nutrition plan. We offer Virtual online nutritional coaching to support your exercise and lifestyle efforts. Your nutritionists will analyze your diet, coach you on your nutrition, and create a customized nutrition plan to support your goals..

Who couldn’t use a good stretch? We offer stretching in 20 to 60 minute blocks. When done properly and for long enough, stretching has a ton of benefits, including increased muscle length, strength and mobility, and lubrication of the joints. Many of our clients have reported experiencing less pain and tension due to tightness, along with a faster recovery. Plus, it just feels really good. (Not available virtually.)
