Delivered live via zoom, our virtual workouts are fully customized, highly-effective and – most importantly – safe. They’re also fun (most of the time!) and super rewarding.
Though we train clients of all ages and fitness levels, we specialize in working with adults 50+ and those with special or unique needs (chronic pain, injury rehab, etc.)
We offer two levels of service: Express (40-minute sessions) and Platinum (60-minute sessions + extra perks). Rates begin at $40/session (Express) and go up from there depending on the level of service you choose, how many sessions you purchase at once and how often you train. We don’t post it here simply to avoid confusion – but you will receive a full price sheet after your free first workout. No secrets or surprises!

We see this as a critical first step - for us and for you. Whether you start with a free consult or the Kickstarter Package, we begin with a virtual assessment, mini workout and goal-setting session so we can fully assess your starting point and understand your goals.
You will receive everything you need for your workout - including your link to join - via email. All you have to do is click through at your designated time, ready to work and have some fun. Behind the scenes we'll be collaborating closely to ensure you’re on-track, making progress and avoiding plateaus.
Most clients are re-assessed on a quarterly basis - but we will determine what makes the most sense for you together. When the time comes, we'll re-assess you and - no doubt - celebrate your results! We'll also revisit your goals and perhaps set new ones, and the cycle begins again.
Nope! All you need is a 6’ x 6’ space and a laptop, tablet (or phone, in a pinch).
A good workout is based on effective design, not expensive exercise equipment. Whether you have a full gym or nothing but an exercise mat, we’ll teach you how to use what you’ve got to achieve results.
Yes! If you’re not 100% fully satisfied with your experience after three weeks we will return every dime of your investment – no questions asked.
There is strength in numbers – a partner can be a great motivator, and almost always makes for an extra-fun workout.
For $20 more per workout, you can have up to three additional friends or family members workout with you, which is a great way to maximize your investment.
That’s the goal! We will match you up with one of our (excellent!) trainers based on your goals and needs and they will be your primary trainer. Sometimes you will also have a secondary trainer – for example, if you’re training multiple times per week.
First of all, it’s important to note that we have incredibly high standards for our trainers – nobody makes the cut unless they are excellent, kind and know their stuff inside-out and backwards.
That said, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your trainer – or don’t feel they’re a fit for you – all you have to do is reach out to the team leader you will connect with when you first begin and we’ll make it right. No questions asked.
Typically our clients train with us 2 or 3 times per week, though some clients train once. We can certainly make a recommendation at your initial consultation based on your goals and timeline.
People are often skeptical about virtual training – and we get that. But it’s an incredibly convenient and effective exercise option – even if you are short on space and/or equipment. Every workout is completely customized for you and different from the last to keep things challenging and fun.
Our clients also love the human connection and interaction of connecting live – so much better than a pre-recorded video.
No – this is one of the best things about training. No two workouts will ever be the same. You can expect every single one to be dynamic, fun and a challenge – in the best possible way.
Right now – in Toronto we also provide outdoor personal training. Prior to COVID-19 our focus was in-home personal training (in Toronto, Canada). When this is all over, we plan to pick up where we left off with in-home training AND continue to provide virtual training for those who prefer it (and those outside our in-home training service area).
We are in the Eastern Timezone (New York & Toronto) – and train clients seven days a week, from 5am to 11pm ET, which covers virtually any timezone globally.
For Canadian clients, yes. For anyone outside of Canada, the same rates apply and will be billed in US dollars.
For larger packages we do. We’ll walk you through all the options at your free consultation and first workout or – if you skip straight to the intro pack, once your sessions are almost complete.
Express sessions are 40 minutes and Platinum sessions are one hour!
