Our flagship offering, which we’ve been doing for 16 years. After carefully assessing you and establishing goals and a plan to reach them, we bring everything necessary to deliver safe, fun and highly-effective workouts in the comfort of your home.
The exact same process, results, trainers and (awesome) experience as our in-home training option, but delivered virtually via zoom. All you need is a screen (laptop or tablet), Internet connection and a small amount of space – we’ll take care of the rest!
For those who like to lift heavy and/or prefer to exercise outside the home, our Collingwood studio is available for private, semi-private or small-group training. Daytime and evening timeslots, a fully equipped private gym and tons of free parking – what’s not to love!
Important! We take your safety very seriously. As such, all our in-person trainers are fully vaccinated and will be masked at all times.
