Studio sessions are 60 minutes in length and include the same perks and process as our Platinum in-home training sessions.
Our introductory rate begins at $99/session and go up from there, depending on how many sessions you purchase at once and how often you train. Share the sweat with a friend for $20+ per workout.

Our private Personal Personal Training Studio is at 29-209 Wicksteed Avenue, which is east of Laird in the Leaside neighbourhood of Toronto. When you enter the business park, drive around the building to your left and you’ll find us at unit 29 on the ground floor.
Yes – our studio is a great place to workout with a friend. We can team you up with another client to share the share the sweat with and spit the cost.

Yes, you can Virtual Train in our studio with your NF trainer.

You should bring
Because our studio is a private space and you will be the only one using it, a mask is not required. Your trainer, however, can be fully masked for the duration of the session.
Our studio is also fully loaded with PPE, sanitizer and is independently HVAC ventilated.
Yes our studio is, there’s immediate wheelchair access parking at the front door. And the washroom/change room is wheelchair accessible.
Yes our studio has a private change room and shower – which you can use upon request.
