Our flagship offering, which we’ve done for 16 years. After carefully assessing you and establishing goals and a plan to reach them, we bring everything necessary to deliver safe, fun and highly-effective workouts in the comfort of your home or condo gym.
The exact same process, results, trainers and (awesome) experience as our in-home training option, but delivered virtually via zoom. All you need is a screen (laptop or tablet), Internet connection and a small amount of space – we’ll take care of the rest!
