Our comprehensive approach begins with a detailed fitness assessment, followed by collaborative goal setting and fully equipped workout sessions tailored specifically to your needs all within the convenience and privacy of your own home.

You’ll get the same hands on coaching, encouragement, and proven results through live video calls no fancy equipment required. Just grab your device, clear a bit of space, and let us guide you through workouts designed specifically for you, wherever life takes you.
We offer two levels of service: Express (40-minute sessions) and Platinum (60-minute sessions + extra perks). Rates begin at $75/session (Express) and go up from there depending on the level of service you choose, how many sessions you purchase at once and how often you train. We don’t post it here simply to avoid confusion. You will receive a full price sheet after your free first workout. No secrets or surprises!

First, you’ll connect with one of our team leads for a quick conversation about your goals. We’ll go over training options, pricing, and do a brief assessment to understand your needs. If you’re ready to begin, we’ll get you set up and pair you with a personal trainer in Collingwood who’s the right match. Prefer to think it over? We’ll send you all the info so you can start when it suits you.
Once you begin working with your personal trainer, our support continues behind the scenes. Poul and our team regularly monitor your progress to help keep things moving in the right direction. We’ll also check in now and then to make sure you’re happy with your results and experience. Got questions or need adjustments? We’re always just a message away.
After you’ve settled into your training schedule, we’ll check in from time to time with a progress reassessment. A manager will join you and your trainer for a session to review how things are going and often celebrate some well earned wins.
It’s also a perfect time to revisit your goals or set new ones, so your training stays aligned with your needs and continues moving you forward.

There is strength in numbers! A partner can be a great motivator, and almost always makes for an extra-fun workout. For $40 more per workout, you can have up to two additional friends or family members work out with you, which is a great way to maximize your investment.

This safe and unique training method [exclusive to Nielsen Fitness] is designed to rehabilitate and heal your body through movement. Typical results include movement with less pain, more stability, balance and more energy.
All fitness results are built upon the foundation of a solid nutrition plan. We offer Virtual online nutritional coaching to support your exercise and lifestyle efforts. Your nutritionists will analyze your diet, coach you on your nutrition, and create a customized nutrition plan to support your goals..
Who couldn’t use a good stretch? We offer stretching in 20 to 60 minute blocks.
When done properly and for long enough, stretching has a ton of benefits, including increased muscle length, strength and mobility, and lubrication of the joints. Many of our clients have reported experiencing less pain and tension due to tightness, along with a faster recovery. Plus, it just feels really good. (Not available virtually.)

We can work with you anywhere indoors or outdoors. We will come to the place that makes the most sense to you, whether that’s your backyard, outside of your office, condo, or even a local park (weather permitting). It doesn’t matter if you have a full set of dumbbells or nothing but and exercise mat. All we need in order to give you a top notch workout is your commitment and a 5’x5′ area.
Nope! All you need is a 5’ x 5’ space – that said, we’ll bring everything else you’ll need for great workout, each and every time. And if you do have equipment, we’ll absolutely make use of it!
Absolutely – and it would be our pleasure. We will start slowly and gently with the goal of establishing a strong and safe foundation upon which to build strength and endurance. We will make sure that everything you attempt is safe and appropriate for the level you’re at, every step of the way.
Yes, we offer a full money-back service guarantee. If you’re not 100% fully satisfied with your experience after three weeks, and you cannot see and feel measurable results after working with us – at a minimum of twice per week and following our lifestyle advice – then we will give you every dime back no questions asked.
Yes we do. We’ll walk you through all the options at your consultation and first workout.
Typically our clients train with us 2 or 3 times per week, though some clients train once per week. We can certainly make a recommendation at your initial consultation based on your goals and timeline.
One of the best things about training is that no two workouts will ever be the same. You can expect every single one to be dynamic, fun and a challenge – in the best possible way.
There is strength in numbers – a partner can be a great motivator, and almost always makes for an extra-fun workout. For $40 more per workout, you can add up to two people, which is a great way to maximize your investment.
We train clients seven days a week, from the crack of dawn into the evening hours.
We will explain this in detail when we meet but, in a nutshell, Platinum is our premium personal training option and Express is our more efficient and straightforward option.
Platinum is for clients who want a first-class, second-to-none personal training experience. If you have powerful and/or time-sensitive performance or weight loss goals, are competitive, over 55, pregnant, injured, recovering from an injury, or dealing with a chronic disease, Platinum is the way to go. In addition to full one-hour personal training sessions, it includes a copy of your workouts to do on your own, nutritional support and ongoing access to your trainer for support and guidance outside of your workouts.
The Express option is designed for those who want a great, efficient workout and don’t have special needs. Sessions are 40 minutes and it does not include nutritional support and exercise programs for you to do on your own.
