Your Virtual Experience

One of the things that sets us apart from other personal training services is our unique process, which we’ve honed over the course of more than 15 years in business. Here’s an overview of how it all works online: 

Complimentary CONSULTATION & FIRST WORKOUT

One of our team leaders (Poul, Andre or Audrey) will meet with you virtually. We’ll ask you some questions, guide you through a physical assessment, discuss your goals and put you through a sample 20-minute workout routine. From there, if you decide to join us, we'll set you up with one of our awesome trainers and....

Workouts Begin!

You will receive workout confirmations, reminders and your workout link all via email. All you have to do is click through at your designated times, ready to work and have some fun. Behind the scenes we'll be collaborating closely to ensure you’re on-track, making progress and avoiding plateaus.

measurement and check-ins

Most clients are re-assessed on a quarterly basis - we will confirm your preference at your consultation. When the time comes, we'll guide you through the measurement process and - no doubt - celebrate your results! We'll also revisit your goals and perhaps set new ones, and the cycle begins again.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Nope! All you need is a 6’ x 6’ space and a laptop, tablet (or phone, in a pinch).

A good workout is based on effective design, not expensive exercise equipment. Whether you have a full gym or nothing but an exercise mat, we’ll teach you how to use what you’ve got to achieve results. 

Yes, we offer a full money-back service guarantee. If you’re not 100% fully satisfied with your experience after three weeks, and you cannot see and feel measurable results after working with us – at a minimum of twice per week and following our lifestyle advice –  then we will give you every dime back no questions asked.

First of all, it’s important to note that we have incredibly high standards for our trainers – nobody makes the cut unless they are excellent, kind and know their stuff inside-out and backwards.

That said, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your trainer – or don’t feel they’re a fit for you – all you have to do is reach out to the team leader you will connect with when you first begin and we’ll make it right. No questions asked.

That’s really up to you! Generally speaking, we would recommend a minimum of once per week (though some clients do train every two weeks) – and some clients train several times. We can certainly make a recommendation at your initial consultation based on your needs, goals and budget. 

People are often skeptical about virtual training – and we get that. But it’s an incredibly convenient and effective exercise option – even if you are short on space and/or equipment. Every workout is completely customized for you and different from the last to keep things challenging and fun. 

Our clients are also loving the human connection and interaction of connecting live – so much better than a pre-recorded video. 

 

No – this is one of the best things about training. No two workouts will ever be the same. You can expect every single one to be dynamic, fun and a challenge – in the best possible way. 

Right now – in Toronto we also provide outdoor personal training. Prior to COVID-19 our focus was in-home personal training (in Toronto, Canada). When this is all over, we plan to pick up where we left off with in-home training AND continue to provide virtual training for those who prefer it (and those outside our in-home training service area).

We are in the Eastern Timezone (New York & Toronto) – and train clients seven days a week, from 5am to 11pm ET, which covers virtually any timezone globally. 

 

For Canadian clients, yes. For anyone outside of Canada, the same rates apply and will be billed in US dollars. 

For larger packages we do. We’ll walk you through all the options at your free consultation and first workout or – if you skip straight to the intro pack, once your sessions are almost complete.

There is strength in numbers - a partner can be a great motivator, and almost always makes for an extra-fun workout. For $20 more per workout, you can have up to two additional friends or family members work out with you, which is a great way to maximize your investment.

All fitness results are built upon the foundation of a solid nutrition plan. We offer Virtual online nutritional coaching to support your exercise and lifestyle efforts. Our resident nutritionist Evian Rodriguez will analyze your diet, coach you on your nutrition, and create a customized nutrition plan to support your goals.

ONLINE Athletic Therapy

Does your body ache? Then maybe Athletic Therapy will help. It's a method of physical rehabilitation that heals through movement. And is excellent for those with conditions such as tendinitis, muscle strains, ligament tears, back pain, joint inflammation, sciatica, and scoliosis. It is carried out by our Athletic Therapist, Oscar Caballero and can be booked on its own in conjunction with a workout. Ask us to learn more.

Plus Stretch

Who couldn’t use a good stretch? We offer dedicated stretching time in 20 to 60 minute blocks, which can be booked on their own or added to any workout. When done properly and for long enough, stretching has a ton of benefits, including increased muscle length, strength and mobility, and lubrication of the joints. Many of our clients have reported experiencing less pain and tension due to tightness, along with a faster recovery. Plus, it just feels really good.
